Review on Taupe Micro Plush Electric Heated Blanket 🔌 with Digital Controller by Biddeford Blankets - Throw Size by Raysean Forth

I received this blanket on September 28, 2021. Stopped working on 11/10/2021. Apparently only Biddeford handles returns/refunds, not Revain. It was almost impossible to contact her. They do not answer emails and their phones are only answered at certain times (10am to 6pm). After waiting in line for about 10 minutes, a customer service representative helped. I actually have 2 of these throws and she got me testing the controller to see if the throw works on the faulty one. It worked for about 60 seconds, then it stopped and I could smell burning. Now I have 2 non-working comforters! They send a replacement blanket when they get back the broken one and a new controller for my old blanket. Seems like a lot of work for a heated throw, but in your defense, my old throw was great until we tested the controller on a faulty throw.
