3 out of 4 died after about two months of light use. I bought four of these to sit on the terrace and was very happy with them on the first try, but after two months of brief use, a dozen evenings at most, three died completely; the first died after only three uses. The guarantee process looks like an obstacle course; I will not waste my time after wasting my money. I will not always buy a Biddeford product.

I have been buying basic Biddeford blankets for over 10 years. I still use it, but now it only gets hot in spots, which I've been dealing with for a few years. So I bought a new one. I'm just blown away by the steps Biddeford has taken to bring the cost down on this. The material is thinner. Get rid of the reinforced stitching. It just looks really cheap. I have two Biddeford electric blankets that I love so I chose this brand. So very disappointed‼️ Only maybe half of the blanket's wires work so one side gets hot and they are too far apart. Thin, you'll feel all the wires against your skin, and the thermostat part is short and down so you'll have to lift and dig it up if you want to set it to turn on. This is my third litter of the Biddeford of the same model. The first one I bought was made out of real, soft micro plush material. so smooth you can (1) easily brush off the dog hair and (2) run your dry/chapped hands/fingers over it. I received this blanket on September 28, 2021. Stopped working on 11/10/2021. Apparently only Biddeford handles returns/refunds, not Revain. It was almost impossible to contact her. They do not answer emails and their phones are only answered at certain times (10am to 6pm). After waiting in line for about 10 minutes, a customer service representative helped.
