I ordered this car after doing a lot of research, reading reviews from others etc. All in all a great handcart and you won't be disappointed. Let's go through some of the benefits. Disadvantages and some features that may not be clear when reading the product description. Advantages: 1. The trolley comes with 7 wheels. There are 5 wheels attached to the main base platform that rotate 360 degrees. The 2 wheels are attached to the base extension and fixed for forward guidance. The 7 wheels and design make it very easy to maneuver the kart in any direction, even with a heavy load, including a full 360° turn.2. The 7-wheel design also provides additional support to distribute the load evenly and make the trolley more stable.3. The cart comes with a bracket that can be lowered to securely hold the handle in a vertical 90 degree position. This makes it very easy to push a cart with a heavy load. The cart can be used to pull or push. I figured with 3 heavy international suitcases I'd rather push the cart like an airport cart. However, I have found that pulling a cart is better and easier. Note. The pull handle only locks 90 degrees when you hook the strut. It is not fixed at any other angle when pulled out.4. The trolley is very easy to fold, compact and fits in the luggage compartment of an airplane. I haven't tried the upper basket yet. I checked it in with my checked baggage. It weighs between 7.8 and 8 pounds.5. The trolley is easy to move even with a heavy weight. I've tried up to 200 pounds. When the trolley is in motion, even very heavy loads can be easily moved with little effort. Even on wooden or polished floors at the airport or train station, the trolley makes no noise.7. The seller is very responsive and makes you feel like he will support you and the customer. This is a big plus. Disadvantages1. The trolley comes with two very small bungee cords that attach to the base platform. The cords are very small and not enough to wrap even a box or suitcase. You need to order longer elastic cords to keep boxes or luggage secure.2. The car has no brakes. When you use the trolley on the subway/airplane, etc., you must at least hold the trolley carefully to prevent it from moving.3. The wheels aren't plastic either. They look sturdy and come with strong hinges/screws. However, I think a steel wheel assembly would have been a stronger and more durable option. Overall 4.5 out of 5 stars. You will not be disappointed with this car. I've only had it a few weeks but I think the car is solid and will hold up well.
