After looking at many water play tables I settled on this one as my grandson is only 15 months old and the size was right for him. It has been running for 3 months, so it can easily move around the table. He's an only child so far, but it would be even more fun if a friend played along. I bought more water toys like plastic fish which will add to his enjoyment. I like the fountain option which is very simple and only requires a small bucket of water poured over it. It's still a bit high for him, but I love sitting next to him and "doing" the waterfall. It's not the sturdiest toy I've bought, but if your child doesn't like toys, you should be fine. My grandson tried to climb in when he first saw it but was fine after that.
