Really heavy duty! Probably much more than we needed but our gate is 14 feet. We also purchased the heavy duty steel gear tracks. The only true problem is that it sometimes won’t work. One must disconnect the power source and restart. So far that’s brought it back on line but what a pain! Especially in the dark and cold of winter. It opens and closes fine. When it’s broken a red light flashes in the motor box and there is a continuous beeping. Not covered in the trouble shooting portion of the manual. We had great customer service when we first received our order. There was a missing solar panel which was replace immediately with an entire new solar kit. The customer service agent was amazing getting us the part very quickly. We were appreciative as it was a Christmas gift.I’ve sent emails and I’m sure they will solve the problem.
