I'm 5'1, got a 2xxl and this covers my entire midsection. LOVE this waist trainer so much. It's comfortable, I can eat, bend over and workout in it. The 2 extra straps not only pulls me in to give me even more of a shape, helps with posture but provides extra back support which I absolutely need after having an epidural for a c-section. Love, love it
