It''s difficult to check accuracy, as all units vary some. Bought this for my father to use at home and all of the readings have been very high, however today in the doctors office his pressure was fine. this could be the way he holds his arm, etc. still trying it out.

Very accurate. Matched up with my table top one. If your readings are off it''s one of two things; you''re either using it wrong or you need to see a doctor. There are photos on the monitor to show you how to do it along with manuals. I like how portable it is for when I''m at work. I love the chart it comes with so easy to compare levels with what the screen says. Easy setup.
