First off you thought the camera was "very cool" and the Amazon description told you all about it. (High image quality, HD video, touch screen, etc.). But after a few weeks and months with the camera, the love affair ends abruptly. When you take pictures one by one, the camera is very slow. You wait a good 3-4 seconds before you can take a second shot. The touchscreen is a great tool, but it's a bit unresponsive. This is definitely not your "iPhone" multi-touch glass. The screen has a slightly rough texture and leaves fingerprints too easily. It reminds me a bit of a credit card reader in a supermarket. Sometimes you have to tap multiple times for it to recognize your input. Eventually, the SD card goes in smoothly, but doesn't "pop out" very well. Even after you push the SD card to release the nib, it won't come out without curiosity. iPhoto USERS! Beware! This camera does not automatically orient your shots to "portrait" orientation when shooting with the camera on its side. Manually rotating each of your photos is excruciating, especially when you take as many photos as my wife does (nearly 50 photos every few days). Please! Save yourself the hassle and use Kodak Easyshare instead. It's worth it. I kept this camera for several months but I couldn't stand the daily "little freezes" that make this camera a real nightmare. I've just replaced it with a Kodak Easyshare (14MP Kodak EasyShare M575 digital camera with 5x optical wide-angle zoom and 3.0" LCD (Midnight Black)) and I'm so excited to be back at Kodak Wonderland!
