Review on πŸš— Husky Liners 59001: Custom Rear Mud Guards for 2011-19 Dodge Durango - Black - Find the Perfect Fit! by Ted Higdem

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Looks solid but the mounting holes are different from the pictures.

Installed on a 2014 Dodge Durango R/T. The ones I received had a total of four holes in each fender. Two upper ones, as in the picture, and two horizontal ones just below the ridge in the middle. These two holes more or less match the two fender mounts on the 2014 Durango. However, the instructions that came with the fenders warn NOT to remove these mounts, but to use the bottom hole instead. Unfortunately, the bottom hole shown in the product image is not available. I drilled a hole at this approximate location at the very bottom of the fender liner and used the included hardware to install it, which worked fine. The notch you see on the center horizontal edge is not flush where the fender liner meets the front sill/body molding. I put some tape on my paint to keep it from sitting and rubbing and scratching, but you could file it down with a dremel tool or similar (just don't use too much as it won't make a hole). . in the fender). Finally, the "front" of the shields is "hollow" in the sense that they have 3/4" raised edges all the way around. This is probably for strength, but I imagine it will help, a lot Holding dirt compared to those that had a clean bottom edge that allowed the dirt to be washed out.

Pros
  • Very Good Value
Cons
  • Piggy Bank Price
