I like that it allows me to track all of my posts, including those made by other people as well! The UI is not very friendly for new users so there are lots of steps involved when creating an account or first using this program. If you have used another tracking software before then know what they do differently in terms of features/functionality - if anything at least familiarize yourself beforehand because some things can be difficult otherwise (e.g., sending messages). We use Karmawhich helps us keep tabs on our brand's growth across various platforms while also being able to see how many likes we're getting each time one comes through from someone else who has liked something.
