That should teach me to open my deliveries immediately and not to wait. I brought this product in the middle of a move so it took me about 6 weeks to get it out of the box and try it out. Big mistake because now I can't get it back. My biggest problem is that the part that needs to pop out isn't tight. So when I put my Gaxlaxy S10+ in the cart, it jumps right back in. Don't get up no matter what. Also, the arm extension doesn't stand up to the weight of my phone. I didn't buy it for the iPad. I'm disappointed as the alternative costs $100 more but I need to invest in it and give this one away.
