Purchased in April. Cheap installation from the company. In May the bolts came loose and my arm fell off the chair. In June, the side panel you're sitting on just fell apart, I can't fix it. Until July the massage part doesn't even work. In August the wheels stopped working. It's September now and I'm stuck with this thing, I've barely used it and it's still falling apart. So. It's also not very convenient when playing games if you buy it for that. I would honestly return this chair if it wasn't for my computer desk. It's terrible. Save your money and just spend a little more for a more impressive chair made from better materials.
