These blue light glasses are designed for all day use. I have different blue light glasses that I wear before bed. They block even more blue and green light. The fact is that you wear Pumier glasses 3 times longer; all day. They are as comfortable as my prescription glasses which cost 15 times as much. The flexible temple head is the key. They prevent digging towards my head. And they look great; not like you're some kind of martian with vision problems. I tried casual wear from two other brands before settling on Pumier. I sit in front of two large computer screens for at least 8 hours a day. My eyes are less tired and I sleep better; enough said.
