Do not block blue light. The flashlight they send and the test strip react to the UV coating of the glasses. These are NOT blue light blocking glasses! All my lights are smart lights that change color. Making my house blue doesn't affect the test strip. When I wear regular UV coated glasses, they also block the light from the flash.
