1 of 2 screen protectors are defective. Return ASAP if you have it.
Beware of defects. Mine had a defect in 1 of 2 screen protectors where there was a defect in the center of the underside of the screen protector that caused a permanent air bubble. This is of course unacceptable, so I'll make a return and a replacement. The second protector could be installed without any problems. Hence the 3 star rating.
