This mouse stopped working a week after purchase. It started jumping and became unresponsive at all, especially with the scroll wheel. After trying various troubleshooting methods I figured I must have gotten a faulty mouse and went through the incredibly confusing and stupid warranty replacement process. I later said I could get a replacement in the mail and didn't have to send my old mouse back. About a week later I received another email from support stating that the information in the first message was incorrect and that I should indeed send the old mouse back so that it could be "investigated" and then they would determine if I am entitled to a replacement ? They said they would email me a shipping label. Haven't received a shipping label yet. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still dealing with a broken mouse and I'm no closer to a replacement thanks to Logitech's terrible customer support. Do not buy this mouse.
