Review on 🔑 Convenient Keyless Entry Replacement for MOZB41TG with 4D67 Chip Vehicles by Steve Tripp

Received 2 of these today for my 2008 Scion XD. Follow the instructions below which made sense to program them and in less than 10 minutes they locked and unlocked the doors remotely. I took them to Ace Hardware to duplicate a spare key that I used without a remote for about $3 each and now I have remote keys ready to use for $23 each. Certainly better than the $200 each the dealer wanted to replace. Below are the programming instructions I followed that worked for the 2008 Scion XD:1. Start with the key from the ignition.2. OPEN and UNLOCK driver's door. CLOSE all other doors including the trunk.3. Within 5 seconds, insert the key into the ignition switch and PULL TWICE.4. CLOSE and then OPEN the driver's door TWICE.5. Insert the key into the ignition and then remove it.6. CLOSE and OPEN driver's door TWICE.7. Put the key in the ignition and KEEP it in the ignition.8. CLOSE driver's door.9. Turn the ignition on and then off.10. REMOVE the key from the ignition switch.11. The door locks will now cycle through, confirming that the vehicle has successfully entered programming mode.12. PRESS and HOLD the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons for 1.5 seconds on the first programmable remote. Once you release, PRESS THE LOCK button and HOLD it for 2 seconds.13. The door locks will be cycled through to confirm successful programming of the remote control. If you have additional programming remotes repeat step 12, if you do not have additional remotes go to step 14.14. OPEN THE DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR. Programming complete.
