I bought it to replace the grunted PS3 Slim 120Gb (red fire of death), which worked for almost 4 years. Rearranged here the old hard drive from Slim, everything works. Despite the catastrophic lack of RAM and video memory, this generation of consoles is holding up with dignity. She slightly missed her 10 years laid down before the change of generation. It's only been 8 years. But I think for a couple of years they will produce toys for it. So, we can assume that SONY engineers have coped with their task.
