I'm an e-book worm. I love reading and using my phone throughout the day. The traditional blue light has a yellow lens. These colored lenses are clear with minimal yellow tints. The good thing is that I can wear it all day without taking it off. Unlike traditional blue light glasses, you can only wear them when using your cellphone or laptop. One size is everything. I like the design and it suits my clothing style. I love wearing it anytime, anywhere!
