Before using Sugaring NYC I had never waxed or sugared so my first time doing it myself was mine too first time. ever grow any part of my body. I use medium and soft for different body parts and it works great! I was able to grow almost anything successfully with just a few missing hairs. I am very happy with the results and plan to continue. My only negative for this product is the packaging it comes in. Difficult to return the cap when there is sugar on the rim. My soft wax tub leaked a bit due to a poorly designed lid. Sugaring NYC, consider packaging with a better cap.
