I love this sugar paste! As a beautician who sugars, this paste is the best I've tried so far. Great for shugaring legs and arms and you can always mix the sugar paste from hard to soft to get the perfect hair removal consistency. I will continue to buy this!

I'm only giving one star because it originally came in a cheap paper bag. No container support. It was broken too. I had to use it because it arrived the same day I had the request. It also got very hard no matter how long I heated it. I will never spend money on this product again.

Soft ordered by mistake. I live in Florida so the wax is very runny and cannot be used without streaks. Maybe just good for your face. After that didn't work I ordered the universal which was bland but ok. This is a good company - I don't know how it compares to others because I only use them. Before using Sugaring NYC I had never waxed or sugared so my first time doing it myself was mine too first time. ever grow any part of my body. I use medium and soft for different body parts and it works great! I was able to grow almost anything successfully with just a few missing hairs. Fake paste. I've tried putting it on my hands but it doesn't stick or pull on the hair at all. It becomes sticky and the hair does not fall out. Tried on arms and legs, very disappointed. The jar is open, so I can't return the money either. Do not buy.
