Arrived naturally folded and crumpled. I put it on the bed and used our steam generator to smooth it out. It gave off an unpleasant "new, processed product" smell while vaping, but nothing permanent/noticeable since (and I'm quite sensitive). Bought the queen size, 21 inch in black. Happy with the length. One catch: The pleat areas are just stitched and "fixed" pleats, so I routed the electric blanket's cord from the outside so it's fully visible. Still improves the overall field of view by 99% by hiding pen boxes and storage boxes under the bed!
