Beautiful and Versatile Pennants

Through trial and error, I found that these pennants can be used for a variety of projects. They come in a range of colors and patterns that are perfect for scrapbooking card making, and even party decor .The sturdy cardstock material makes them easy to work with and they add a nice pop of color to any project. The only downside is that they are a bit on the pricey side compared to other SIMILAR products..
