Terrible quality control

When using this case you will not be able to use the iPad's side volume buttons. There is a slot, but there are no buttons to use the volume controls. The power button has one, but no volume controls on the side. After receiving the first one with this problem I tried to order a replacement but surprise! Same problem with exchange. While the rest of the case seems to work fine, I'll be returning both as you won't be able to use the volume controls in this case. I would recommend another case until ESR fixes the QC issue. 2/2 defective so far, don't want to take any more risks in this case.
