I have a home office that I use a lot. My problem lately has been shifting my gaze from two desktop monitors to my laptop. The vertical distance from the bottom of the monitors to the bottom of the laptop screen is 8 inches, and the distance from the center of the monitors to the center of the laptop screen is approximately 30 cm.
