I only started fitness in September 2018, but I've always been relatively careful about my health. I'm not a fan of many protein powders due to the amount of chemicals and junk they contain. I wanted a protein powder that would help me reach my goals without getting caught in a pile of crap. It just seems contradictory to me. I love the limited ingredients in this powder. I'll say it's quite sweet due to the stevia it contains, but I'm used to it. I add vanilla powder (1/2 scoop) to my Greek yogurt in the morning for more protein at breakfast. I also add it to afternoon cocktails. Very tasty with chocolate almond milk. I lift heavy weights 2 days a week and do cardio/interval training 3-4 days a week. I need a quick way to increase my protein intake to support the intense workouts I'm putting my body through. That does the trick! It's not a meal replacement, so just drinking it with water won't make you feel full for long. I usually pair it with milk, a banana, and some chocolate peanut butter powder when trying to replace it with a meal. So far, I am very satisfied!
