Does not delay outerwear
I didn't even put heating pads in cases and didn't stay on my ears. It works much better as a neck warmer, at least for me. It's a good product, it just won't stay on my ears unless I tighten the laces so tight I'm choking. even then part of the ear seems to clap ;) But I warmed my neck when I was hunting deer.
