If you're a regular Joe or Josephine in a house where you want DTS:X (hopefully soon) or Dolby Atmos and don't want to break the bank, this is fantastic. They have exceeded my expectations and are doing an excellent job. Ceiling surround speakers, yes! If you're one of those people in the chat rooms who are mostly copycats and a few true audiophiles, then you might want to look elsewhere. I want to watch movies in an immersive surround sound environment. I didn't save on the receiver, bought a Yamaha RX-A3050 in 2K and it has great speakers for the other 7 but no ceiling speakers. I decided to try them mainly because they are closed and help keep the peace with the neighbors. Easy to install and sounds great. Now I enjoy watching movies in immersive mode. I tried it first with the speakers high up on the wall, aimed at the MLP and it's much better. PS from Revain these guys are great at creating side surround sound, they are unobtrusive and work very well with right/left surround which sell for $69 each.
