Disappointing: Headphones

These bluetooth headphones are very comfortable and more convenient than any other bluetooth headphones I have come across. The problem is that they turn themselves off without permission. I don't turn them off, they turn themselves off. of your own free will from the phone, turn it off easily and clearly. Even at maximum volume, the sound is a bit quieter.
