I have been wearing these tight compression stockings for almost 20 years. Don't usually leave the house without them. The only time I would consider NOT wearing them is when the dew point is above 65 as I have found that the high humidity causes my legs to swell to the point where the stockings become very uncomfortable. Although with this dew point I usually feel like stripping my normal clothes once I get home. I often just slip them on and off during the day (I carry a pair of socks with me so I don't go barefoot in my shoes). Despite the dew point issues, I really appreciate these stockings. as they prevent foot pain, especially during a long day of standing.
