Got this for my partner after carpal tunnel surgery. It's nice and comfortable, with a notch cut out where the CTR cut is. It has non-slip feet, but they are useless due to the slight bend in the bottom. It rests on the outer edges of the base rather than being flat and parallel to the table surface. Turns out my friend liked it more than when it was non-slip and stationary. If the base had stayed in place, he would have had to raise his arm more often and bend his wrist from side to side more. Because it slides, he can rest his wrist on it and move the mouse while supporting his hand, and he doesn't have to move the LR's wrist as much. If you're using this, you'll probably have to sit a little higher to keep your hands up. neutral, ergonomic position and let your hands "dangle" from the keyboard and mouse. It's a few inches tall. And you don't want to constantly hold your shoulder up (tension! stress!), bend your elbow, and flex your wrist to put your hand on the mouse.
