Installed on my 2019 Sportster. Instructions are nonsense, Google installed and is easy to understand. I decided to leave the plate on above the headlight, looks better. It took about an hour to set up and configure. First install and loosen the clips, then attach the panel to the clips and tighten. The black nuts go from the outside in, locknuts are used on the inside as spacers, then comes a bracket, then a rubber grommet, then a washer and a bolt. Pretty easy setup once you get the hang of it. The only downside I have is that the quick release is very easy to release, a simple push releases it. Of course, nothing will happen during the ride because the wind is pushing in the opposite direction, but someone could walk past and knock him straight to the ground. Can use a zip tie at the end as I've seen others do.
