This is not an easy install. The clips don't close properly and I used zip ties to hold the "lock" in place so it wouldn't unlatch. We struggled a lot to install it! Nothing just builds up. Once you figure this out, change it, and tamper with it on your bike, it will really do the job. Very good at blocking the wind from the chest! It would be better if the locking mechanism worked properly and the installation wasn't such a nightmare.

Love it, it comes with quick release clips for easy removal (mine stay, but some people take them off sometimes) and looks great, just what I wanted. The ONLY reason I'm not giving 5 stars is a small stain on the paintwork. Purely cosmetic but it's brand new so I'm a little concerned but I know there will be bugs and rocks etc. will contain. I chose this brand over a well known brand because it is significantly cheaper. I didn't have problems with the installation like others, but it requires patience and basic knowledge of mechanics since the instructions are useless. The locks on the mounts don't work, I understand why people are talking about zip ties. The instructions are pretty poor, but useful enough if you have a little common sense when building. The color doesn't quite match the bright black of my Sportster, but it's not very noticeable unless you get close. The quick release is very easy to remove, so I recommend securing it with a zip. Overall, it's a lot cheaper than its counterpart, so I can't complain too much. It will not make a significant difference to wind/buffing. I won't lie the Directions stink, not only are they useless they're faded and it takes a lot of guessing how it fits together. Be careful with rubber bushes, they break easily. After laying everything out and reading the instructions, all you have to do is imagine how it will fit together. Installed on my 2019 Sportster. Instructions are nonsense, Google installed and is easy to understand. I decided to leave the plate on above the headlight, looks better. It took about an hour to set up and configure. First install and loosen the clips, then attach the panel to the clips and tighten.
