Overall I am very happy with this cookware. I like to mix and match my porcelain. I mostly have blue and white Spode china and they go really well with them. We had a set of 7 inch flower plates and most of them broke so when I saw them I decided to buy them. My only concern is that the rim is raised and you can't see it in the picture. So if you want to cut something with a knife and fork, hit the edge with your utensil. I think I'll get used to it. but my husband likes them very much and they look very nice on the table with the blue and white porcelain.
