Overall I am very happy with this cookware. I like to mix and match my porcelain. I mostly have blue and white Spode china and they go really well with them. We had a set of 7 inch flower plates and most of them broke so when I saw them I decided to buy them. My only concern is that the rim is raised and you can't see it in the picture. I fell in love with this pattern about 20 years ago when my grandmother gave me 2 sets of dishes. She has given me more sets over the years. Unfortunately I broke a couple of plates so I ordered 6 salad plates to complete my collection. I ordered them on Tuesday and received free shipping with Super Saver on Friday. They arrived in perfect condition - lots of boxes and bubble wrap - and are just perfect! I agree with others that they go away after years of use and I've had cracks on some plates

Beautiful things. We've loved these designs over the years, but recent experiences with durability have made us reconsider our choices. The label says "Dishwasher, Microwave, Freezer, Countertop Oven". Dishwasher and occasional microwaving is the worst we've put it through, but in less than 2 years this record has developed a full thickness circular crack rendering it unusable.
