Beautiful things. We've loved these designs over the years, but recent experiences with durability have made us reconsider our choices. The label says "Dishwasher, Microwave, Freezer, Countertop Oven". Dishwasher and occasional microwaving is the worst we've put it through, but in less than 2 years this record has developed a full thickness circular crack rendering it unusable. Two of the 6 pasta shells bought at the same time cracked similarly and more severely. Our family consists of two adults and the utensils are not abused or overused. In contrast, the old Lenox ceramic we had (Magic Garden) is still being used by our daughter 42 years after we bought it. We lost a few parts on the stone floor but no bugs in daily use. I'm hesitating between 2 and 3 stars. Extra star just for the beautiful pattern.
