I've tried many pre-workouts over the years. NO Explode, some Muscletechs, Evogens Apeshit, ENGN etc. I'm not very sensitive to pre-workout stims so I supplement with other products. However, this is by far the best tasting as others have said. There are no questions about it. I don't feel the tingling and redness like some, but I get a good pump, good energy, no crashes afterwards (which I think is a huge positive) and I mix it with a scoop of Beyond Raw Nootropics to help focus . I don't feel the same desire to throw weights like an addict, make noise like a rhino giving birth like others, but I've found I don't need it anymore and I don't want it. But I'm safe in my zone. I also add another scoop of L-Citrulline and Creatine Hydrochloride for another boost. I love that it's clinically dosed and not a bunch of 'proprietary' junk compounds with fake names and shiny labels, but I know what my body likes and reacts to, so I'm adding it. I would recommend Lit if you mentally get more out of a good pump than you do itchy skin, but everyone is different. Another huge benefit for me is that I can drink this at 8:30-8:45 p.m. when I put my kids to bed, lift weights in my garage at 9, and train hard until 10 and sometimes even 10:30 p.m. have a smoothie, shower and go to bed quickly and don't lie there twitching until 2am like other pre-workouts.
