Review on Ettore Replacement Squeegee Rubber - Premium 12-Inch White Blade by Tiffany Powers
Where are the clips?
Ettore rubber works well but this was my first experience of replacing a rubber blade and I wasn't aware that small brass or stainless steel clips are required to hold the blade in place. Remove them from the old scraper, especially if the rubber has not been changed for a long time. It seems like interchangeable clips should match the rubber. This is an example of the old military adage that "things that need to fit together to work don't usually come together". I think Ettore could provide better customer service by integrating the clips into the rubber.
