This is a great solution for constant head and neck pains. Have used it for about a week and works well. Haven't really tried the heat function since its summer and haven't really needed it, but the massager feels sturdy. Would have given it five stars except for I noticed when leaving it plugged into an extension cord, I can actually hear the electricity like a slight buzz coming from the connector adapter. Scared me so I just leave it unplugged and plug it in when I plan to use it.
