The best thing about this product was its ease in use as it does not require much training or experience before using it. It also has an option where you can add your own labels which helps save time when labeling products with different names/labels. I dislike how there are no options available if something goes wrong during production like adding incorrect ingredients etc. There have been times were our customers did complain but we had nothing else other than apologies from their side. We solved all issues by providing them new batches after they reviewed what went wrong so far. This helped us improve processes at work without having any downtime due to errors made while working together.
