Purchased this product in August 2019 for a customer in the healthcare industry where I needed to temporarily store some patient data. I used it for the first time in the second half of September. There was some difficulty keeping the drive unlocked without timing out. Contacted the manufacturer for UK support and never received a reply. Also, living in the United States gave me a small window to gain their support. I managed to move some files there. For my first project. I've just tried using it now for the second time in October and now the drive is dead. It unlocks but the drive is no longer accessible and Windows no longer recognizes that the device is plugged into the USB port is. When you turn on the device, the drive works. Amidst the ticking in the first few minutes of switching on. Cannot recommend the product due to the lack of support and reliability of a drive that fails so quickly.
