Very disappointed and at the moment I strongly recommend not using them and this brand. Headphones are significantly more expensive than others with similar or better features. Mine was a babysitter and didn't leave the house. I use them at night a few times a week for an hour or two and otherwise they stay in the case. The right earpiece has already failed, and the materials of the left earpiece also show signs of wear. In particular, the speaker on the right earbud has lost its ability to play sound (although it still plugs in and charges), and the mesh covering the speaker opening on the left earbud has worn out. So far it has been almost impossible to contact the company. although I hope they can contact you and provide a refund or replacement if you are honest about my experience.
