The holder is too small because there is not enough clearance between the holder stand itself and the cabinet it is attached to for the new roll to rotate. I don't use very large specialty paper towels. I use bounty. You literally have to grab some paper towels from the new roll and then stick them in this poorly designed holder. Unbelievable. I don't know how it got such good reviews. It also comes with the cheapest softest screws ever. Literally ripped off during installation even after I pre-drilled the holes! This product is extremely poorly designed. Mine was also missing part of the fairing. Buy something else.
