Good customer service

The bag is good for the price. This is not real leather, but soft. The color is superb! I had to return my original because the stitching came undone near the zipper. I got a replacement before I even sent the original back. The strap can be a few centimeters longer. The bag rises several inches above the waist when fully extended. I'm only 5-6 years old so it won't be comfortable for a taller woman. In general, the bag is comfortable.
