Review on GoPro HERO8 Black Ultimate Bundle - HERO8 Black Camera, Shorty, Head Strap, 32GB SD Card, 2 Rechargeable Batteries by Amar Amar ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The quality exceeds all expectations, I recommend to buy.

The most advanced mass action camera. For couch reviewers and mother's "extremals" who have never done anything more epic than walking and running in their lives, the question of choosing Sonya, iPhone or Gopro is still on the table . For them, how the camera lies in the hand, the presence of a selfie screen are still important and photos. For a real action game, it is a logical continuation of the masterpiece in the face of the seven. Now you can make even cooler slowmo, even better stabilization, and most importantly, even more options for customization and subsequent post-processing. Ordinary bloggers will also do, but buy a media module or write the sound separately (who doesn’t like the built-in one). I didn’t want to write a review, but the dominance of my mother’s reviewers tired me. Everyone is a lot of blabbering, but they can’t and don’t know how to shoot action. This is how the figure eight behaves in action: https://youtu. Be/MgoQSEUf6q0 - 100(120)FPS, no problems there. https://youtu. Be/dSYXYbWRoXQ - 200FPS under artificial lighting is too "uncomfortable" for the camera. The ISO rises strongly and an incomprehensible flicker or noise can come out on the slowmo (not everywhere and not always). Therefore, at this speed, it is better to shoot outdoors with natural light. https://youtu. Be/ZfVqzCRSjNs - the most "combat" vlogger mode in low light (the whole video was filmed on a figure eight). Of course there is color correction and the sound was written separately. But it is perfectly clear what quality and stabilization can be obtained when walking in low light.

Pros
  • Compared to Gopro7 - Improved stabilization and the very "degree of stabilization" can be selected - The sound is better - At a speed of 100-120fps, both hypersmooth and with boost work, at a speed of 200-240 only hypersmooth (on the seven at 100-120 there was not even hypersmooth, at 200-240 there was no stabilization) - You can adjust the bitrate, normal and high (for editing and shooting in flat straight balm for the soul) - Customizable presets, so as not to poke around in the settings for a long time and additional settings right on the screen - Built-in fastening (lugs). It is reinforced, a frame is made around the entire perimeter of the chamber, so it is not so easy to tear it out. - The cover is one and on the side. Now, to change the card or battery, you don’t need to disassemble everything, but simply open the cover and that’s it. - Digital lens, several viewing angle adjustment modes (from wide to very narrow) I won’t talk about all sorts of media modules, screens and lamps, they haven’t come out live yet, and who really needs them, they use external recorders and lights, which are even better. The same Zoom H1 costs no more than a media module, but the quality and capabilities are just a cut above.
Cons
  • - The sound of the speaker has become quieter, when using the camera in the box you have to listen - Due to the changed lens, now it is so easy not to put the same polarizing filter and the old ones will not work, you will have to use clumsy Chinese designs - Unusual location of the power button (not moved to the other side), I can’t get used to it yet, often when opening / closing the lid I accidentally press the power button - They were too smart with new batteries, apparently they added some kind of identification chips there. Now even native from the seven, not to mention Chinese, swears that "not all functions are available." In fact, everything is still available, but psychologically unpleasant. Once we click the checkmark do not show again and forget.
