My recent experience with MDSTOP was not at all satisfying, and I say this as a customer who places a high value on both quality and convenience. I found the website to be difficult to traverse and poorly designed, despite the fact that the store carries an extensive selection of products for sports and outdoor activities. It was difficult for me to find what I was searching for due to the absence of filters and search options, which caused me frustration and caused me to waste time. In addition, I was underwhelmed by the overall quality of the products that were sent to me. The fishing equipment that I purchased was of poor quality and did not live up to my expectations, and the outdoor gear that I purchased was of poor construction. After making a request for assistance through customer support, I discovered that the representatives were unhelpful and condescending toward my inquiry. To make matters even more inconvenient for me, the shipping process was painfully slow, and as a result, I had to wait weeks for my purchase to be fulfilled. When the items were delivered, they were poorly packaged and damaged when they were eventually delivered. The general presentation did not leave a positive impression on me, and I had the impression that the shop could have done a better job. To summarize, if you are searching for high-quality sporting goods and equipment for the great outdoors, I would not suggest MDSTOP. The poor design of the website, the absence of search options, the low quality of the products, the unhelpful customer service representatives, the slow delivery, and the poor packaging are not worth the trouble. It is disheartening to observe a store with so much possibility achieving so little of its potential.
