I am calling all potential purchasers to your attention. Manufacturers are being dishonest when they say their products are quieter than the majority of the "weaker" models. In fact, at a rotation speed of 1600, the noise of operation is noticeably higher than that of normal budget models. Some of the reviews make claims about how quiet it is, and I'm not sure if those people just don't get it or if they were paid to say that. In terms of noise, the maker has blatantly lied about how loud it is, hence the ranking is low even if it is tolerable. While the price is high, it is reasonable considering how well the flow power functions to enhance cooling. It's an excellent cooler for individuals who need extra case cooling but don't care about the fan's noise output. There hasn't been enough of an increase in quantity to judge quality.
