Sadly, my interaction with the Northair company fell short of my expectations. Despite their claims to offer high-quality products and customer service, I discovered that both of these were lacking. Additionally, their customer support was unresponsive and useless. They sold me an air conditioner that broke down after a week, and their customer service representatives were hesitant to react to my questions. When they eventually responded, the fixes they suggested were insufficient and did not address my concerns. My overall impression of the Northair company was disappointing. As a life coach, I appreciate businesses that put a high priority on quality and customer happiness; sadly, Northair fell short in both of these categories. To anyone searching for dependable items and attentive customer service, I would not suggest them.
