The instructions aren't the best; And some parts are numbered in Japanese.

Instructions not the best; And some shelves are numbered in Japanese. When you put it together, you might want to have the number chart in Japanese as well. The office is nice; but that's at pricing for what you get. The bottom of the box looks like cardboard and the cameras look like they've been chewed. The cameras are really snappy. None of the instructions are in English. It's in Japanese or Chinese. Part of the numbering in English; but there are no clear steps to put things together. I had to disassemble it to mount the door. Basically it is machined on both sides; but then they give you random pieces of cardboard and little nails to nail into the finished edges. There are small pins like the ones you use for furniture with adjustable shelves. Two of them serve as door hinges. One acts as a doorstop to prevent the door from swinging into the closet. Then two more are used to hold the box. My finished product looked almost exactly like the photo. I didn't nail the cardboard pieces to the back. I can not. It comes with the tools you need; but they had jagged plastic pieces sticking out of the handle. I ended up using my own tools. I'll try to take a better photo once everything is in place. I like the idea of these shelves. I needed something fun to use under the stairs. I liked that they were different sizes that would work. I thought I could get all the sizes and do them step by step.

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly
