Put that in the back of my truck. Actually, I also wanted to install regular LEDs for real lighting, but they are actually bright enough to be used on their own. The bad thing is duct tape. I washed the walls of my bed with alcohol. When I removed the backing paper and tried to stick them to the bed, they didn't stick at all. It turned out that the tape came off along with the substrate. The strip of tape was so thin that you couldn't tell the strip from the backing and it peeled off the LED strip immediately so the backing didn't seem difficult to remove. When I managed to separate the tape from the substrate and install the LEDs, they taped to the base. But when I checked them the next day, the LED strips weren't glued to the bed. For them you need to buy Super Bond tape. FYI, poor smooth factory finish, no lining. They have no prayer in the world to stick to a rougher surface.
